Mr. Dapo Oriola, a native of Nigeria, is the founder and Chairman of Grace for Impact. Mr. Oriola is a passionate and effective philanthropist who brings over 20 years of executive leadership experience to the organization. He has served in a variety of roles over the years including non-profit healthcare, education, active ministry, journalism and the private sector. Mr. Oriola is currently a partner with a leading healthcare technology company based in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Oriola holds multiple degrees including a bachelors in Theology, a Masters in Journalism and a degree in Philanthropy. A committed life learner, he also earned a Master of Science degree in Information Systems Management.

Mr. Adesola Dada has served as a Board Member of Grace for Impact since 2008. He is a Registered Nurse and has over 35 years of experience in the medical field. Adesola is affiliated with the Florida Board of Nursing and owns 2 companies in the US and Nigeria. He is a member of the Review Panel for the US National Board of Nursing. He has received an award for Outstanding BSN, Nursing Preceptor for Orlando Healthcare. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his lovely wife, Rachel as well as traveling and reading.

ADESOLA MICHAEL DADA

Tola Elewa has worked in the UK civil service for over 25 years. She joined the organisation in 2009, and later got it registered in the UK and became a UK trustee Prior to her involvement with GFI, she worked with Light of Hope International, a Sierra Leone based charity focusing on Women Empowerment and the establishment of schools in rural communities. Tola's commitment to continuous learning is evident in her completion of "Improving the Health of Women, Children and Adolescents: from Evidence to Action," from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine. This course has further fueled her determination to enhance access to quality health services for all. Tola has been active in fieldwork and fundraising GFI initiatives, showcasing versatility and dedication to GFIs mission. She served as voluntary mission coordinator from 2010 to 2018. She holds a Master of Science in Development studies , a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of London and a Legal Practice Certificate from the College of Law London.She is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and a certified Mental Health First Aider (MHFA). In recognition of her work with GFI, Tola was honored with the "People Engagement Award" by DWP in 2016. When not working or volunteering Tola finds joy in staying at home and exploring the culinary world, particularly experimenting with creative vegan recipes.

Dele Nweneka is a development expert with over 20 years of experience in community development, program design, teaching, and capacity building in five countries. A resilient and compassionate leader with remarkable problem solving, communication and motivational skills. As a sociologist, Dele is passionate about transforming lives and working collaboratively with other partners locally and internationally to drive lasting change in the communities. She holds a master's degree in education among other non profit management training and is also a Fellow of the Institute of Strategic Management, Nigeria..

Michelle is a Senior Program Analyst for Crown Family Philanthropies’ global health portfolio and supports partnerships focused on community-based solutions that increase access to healthcare for all in Sub-Saharan Africa. Michelle is passionate about health equity and the intersection of health and human rights in low resource settings. Prior to joining CFP, Michelle trained at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai as an Environmental and Public Health trainee researching the relationship between environmental justice and global health disparities. She is also a former consultant for the United Nations Development Program in The Gambia, where she worked with stakeholders facilitating transitional justice to report findings on human health violations committed towards people living with HIV and AIDS during the country’s former administration. Michelle holds a BA in Human Biology from Indiana University and a Masters in Global Health from the University of Notre Dame.

Dr. Eric Oseikhuemen Aigbedion MD, MBBS, and BS. He has 22 years of experience and practices in Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine. Dr. Aigbedion attended medical school at University of Lagos College of Medicine and graduated in 1987 having 26 years experience. Additional Internal Medicine training was conducted at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center. He is licensed to practice in Virginia and Maryland. Eric is passionate about giving back and has been involved in a variety of humanitarian and philanthropic initiatives focused on healthcare and poverty alleviation.

Dr .Andrew Awoniyi is an experienced healthcare professional, based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area in Texas. Dr. Awoniyi currently works in healthcare technology as the Director of Research and Education with Axxess. Andrew has experience in chronic disease management and the utilization of health informational technology as a tool for improving the delivery of healthcare. When not at the office, Dr .Awoniyi can be found playing racquetball, hiking, gardening and cooking. He and his family reside in the Dallas area.

AMANDA J. CHILDRESS

Ms. Childress is an international development and public administration professional with US, international, non-profit and institutional experience and over 15 years of senior leadership experience in the field managing large, complex multi-sectorial portfolio’s and development programs in sub-Saharan Africa.
She has served as Country Director, Country Representative, Regional Director, Senior Advisor and in other positions with the Netherlands Development Organization, the United States Agency for International Development, United Nations Development Program, Africare, Pact and the University of Illinois based in Ghana, Mali, Burkina Faso, Angola, Tanzania, Madagascar and others in a regional capacity.
Amanda specializes in organizational leadership and development, resource mobilization and managing high profile and complex programs in difficult contexts.
She has experience with a diverse set of donors and partners including DfID, USAID, DGIS, World Bank, United Nations, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the private sector.
Ms. Childress holds a Master of Public Administration and is completing her Doctorate. She has several professional certifications and is fluent in French.
Amanda is passionate about her work and committed to finding smart and scalable solutions to advance the plight of the poor and marginalized worldwide. Amanda enjoys the arts, including classical dance, coaching basketball and she’s a huge fan of Formula 1!
